Sweet Genius

The 2024-2025 school year marks the inaugural Sweet Genius competition for East Valley and West End school districts. Culinary students are invited to compete for the title of the best-prepared cupcake, donut, and dessert item of their choice. Local industry judges will evaluate entries based on taste, presentation, originality, theme, and safety. Each team must incorporate three secret ingredients into their dishes and provide decorative presentation elements that reflect the competition's theme.

Regional winners will be announced on the day of the competition.
