Workforce SBCSS is now launching its 2nd annual career-related competition in the culinary arts field. The Chopped competition gives students the opportunity to demonstrate mastery of career related skills, learn how to fulfill assignments, and test ability to respond in a high paced restaurant environment. Under the evaluation of local industry judges, students must execute specific verbal and written instructions and adhere to health and safety concerns while preparing main entrees and side dishes to industry standards.
